booking:: To reserve our event rooms, we kindly ask you to submit your request in writing to meeting@hotelamdomplat.at. Booking of the event rooms is possible independently of any room reservation.

Cancellation conditions Meeting Center:

Cancellations made up to 21 days before the event date are free of charge.
For cancellations between 21 and 14 days prior to the event, 50% of the room rental will be charged.
In the case of cancellations or rescheduling within 14 days of the event, 100% of the booked services will be charged, provided the room cannot be re-rented.

Please note: Any short-notice changes to the room setup or technical equipment (including on-site) may incur additional labor costs, which will be charged in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
